What the price covers

The standard price covers the top sleeping surface of the mattress: pre-treatment, agitation, hot-water extraction and deodorizing. We remove the sweat, skin oils, dust and everyday residue that build up in the layers you sleep on. Flipping to clean both sides is available on request — tell us when you book.

• Headboards — upholstered headboards are cleaned as upholstery. The mattress-and-headboard combo starts at $149; large or tufted headboards are confirmed from a photo.
• Memory foam, hybrids and pillow-tops are all fine; we adjust moisture for the construction.

What to expect

• Sweat marks, body oils and general greying improve clearly. Old yellowing may lighten rather than disappear entirely.
• Urine and other spills are treated with enzymatic products. Surface accidents respond well; if liquid has soaked deep into foam, we assess it and tell you what is realistic.
• We clean and deodorize fabric. We do not treat bed bugs, and we do not make medical, allergy or sanitizing claims — if you have a health concern, a doctor or a pest professional is the right call.

Preparation, access and drying

• Before we arrive: strip the bedding and clear the bedside area. We need room to work around the bed.
• Drying: 6–10 hours. Book a morning appointment, leave a window open or a fan on, and it is ready for sheets by bedtime. Do not put bedding on a damp mattress.
