Apex Fabric Care cleans couches, sectionals, loveseats, armchairs, dining chairs, ottomans and recliners in Bay Area homes. A three-seat straight couch is $139 and the minimum appointment is $119. Book online or send a photo — we confirm the item, fabric and price before any work begins.

Each listed price covers the complete piece: the frame, seat and back cushions, and the arms. We pre-treat soiled areas, agitate, deep-extract and groom the fabric so it dries evenly. Cushion covers stay on the cushions and are cleaned in place.
Fabrics are not all the same, so the first step on every job is to look before we clean: the care label, the fibre, the dye stability and the condition of the piece. We test an inconspicuous spot before treating the whole item.
Everyday soiling — body oils, food, dust, general greying — improves dramatically and is the reason most customers call. Some things can only be improved, not erased:

The whole piece — frame, seat and back cushions, arms — pre-treated, agitated, deep-extracted and groomed. Cushions are cleaned in place with covers on.
Sectionals are priced by seat count; a chaise counts as one seat. Extra loose throw pillows are usually included when they match the piece — mention them when you book so we can confirm.
Small pieces are priced individually ($30–$79), so a few chairs or an ottoman on their own may come under the minimum. Combine them with a couch, a rug or a room of carpet in the same visit and you only pay for what you book.
Yes. We check the care label, fibre and dye stability first and use a lower-moisture, fabric-specific method for delicate pieces. If a piece is not suitable for in-home cleaning we will tell you rather than risk it.
We test a hidden spot first and choose the gentlest method that will work. Send a close-up photo of the fabric with your request and we can usually tell you in advance.
Typically 6–10 hours. Good airflow — an open window or a fan — often brings that down. Wait until it is fully dry before sitting on it.
Set-in stains, dye transfer and sun fading may lighten but not vanish; worn fibre will still look worn. Surface pet accidents respond well; deep soak-through into foam is assessed on site.
