Couches, sectionals, loveseats, dining chairs, ottomans — we pre-treat, gently agitate, then deep-extract with truck-grade hot-water extraction that pulls out what vacuums never touch: body oils, food, pet dander, and years of everyday living.
Everything we use is eco-certified and safe for pets and kids, and most fabric dries in 6–10 hours. We also provide specialty low-moisture care for delicate and designer pieces — including Knoll Womb Chairs.

For most household fabrics, yes — and for delicate materials like wool blends, bouclé, and velvet we switch to a gentler low-moisture process. We always check the fabric first and treat it accordingly.
In most cases, dramatically. We use enzymatic treatments that break down odor at the source, then extract it out. For severe soak-through we’ll give you an honest assessment on site.
Most upholstery dries in 6–10 hours depending on fabric and airflow. We’ll give you tips to speed it up before we leave.
